Mexico City to Flexible Charter Private Jet

Hi! We are starting to plan our move next September/November. As you might notice we are very flexible with our dates, but we have a calm Pitbull we would like to transport from Mexico (Mexico city) to Europe! Can also be kind of flexible with the destination as we can get a car and drive where we need to, but the catch is the breed and it’s only allowed in Portugal, Spain, Netherlands. Is there anyone who could share their experience and do these types of trips exist and can we travel with a bully breed? Thanks!
