CharterJet Pro is an information aggregation and directory platform that displays publicly available charter flight offers, flight requests, and information about charter jet operators and brokers. We are not a charter jet operator, broker, travel agent, or flight booking service. We do not sell flights, process bookings, handle payments, or act as an intermediary in any transaction between users and operators or brokers. All transactions, agreements, and arrangements made between users and third-party operators or brokers are solely between those parties. CharterJet Pro is not a party to any such arrangement.
CharterJet Pro does not facilitate the booking, purchase, or reservation of charter flights. Any contact information displayed on the Platform is provided solely to enable users to reach operators and brokers directly. We do not collect or process payments of any kind. We are not responsible for any financial transactions that occur between users and third parties as a result of information found on our Platform.
The charter flight listings, pricing, availability, and company information displayed on CharterJet Pro are sourced from publicly available data and third-party providers. We make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information displayed on the Platform. Flight offers and pricing are subject to change without notice. Users should verify all details directly with the relevant operator or broker before making any decisions or commitments.

Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies. Charter operators and brokers listed on the Platform are independent businesses. CharterJet Pro makes no representations regarding their reliability, safety, licensing, or quality of service.
All original content on CharterJet Pro — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, code, and compilation of data — is the property of CharterJet Pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and link to the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CharterJet Pro and its operators, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
