Looking for an Empty Leg / Shared Private Flight: Mallorca → Paphos, Cyprus 🐈✈️ Hi everyone, my partner and I are relocating from Mallorca to Paphos, Cyprus, and we are looking for a safe way to get our four cats to their new home. All four of them are former street cats that we rescued here in Mallorca and lovingly nursed back to health over the years. ❤️ One of them, unfortunately, is still severely traumatized from her past. She trusts us and lives happily with us, but even we cannot pick her up or hold her. This makes the usual airport security procedures, transfers and potentially having to remove her from her carrier extremely difficult and stressful for her. That's the main reason why we are trying to find a gentler alternative to a complicated commercial flight with multiple handling and security procedures. Route: Palma de Mallorca (PMI) → Paphos (PFO) Timing: early October 2026 – we have some flexibility around the exact date, as we will most likely only have access to our new home in Cyprus from the beginning of October. We have already looked into chartering a private jet ourselves. Unfortunately, the regular charter prices are simply beyond what we can reasonably afford for our move. We're not wealthy private-jet travellers – just four-time cat parents who care deeply about getting our animals safely to their new home. 🙂 That's why I thought I’d try my luck here. We are looking for an empty leg, shared charter, or perhaps someone already flying from Mallorca towards Cyprus who has space for one passenger and four cats. Of course, we are happy to contribute fairly towards the cost. Most likely my partner will be the one travelling with the cats, while I stay in Mallorca to take care of the remaining parts of our move. They are normal-sized domestic cats, all under 7 kg, and will have all required microchips, vaccinations and EU Pet Passports. We are not looking for a luxury experience. We simply want to get our four little former street cats safely to their new home while putting them through as little fear and stress as possible. If anyone happens to be flying in that direction in early October, has space on an existing flight, knows of a suitable empty leg, or can recommend someone we should contact, I’d be incredibly grateful for a message.
