Flexible to California Charter Private Jet

I am desperately looking to get my 2 Maine coons from Asia to the US, ideally California. I am currently in Cambodia but can get them to nearby countries, if need be. They have all of their paperwork (titer tests etc) but we are challenged on entering certain countries here, without being quarantined. One is ok to fly in cabin. The other is just under 12kg. Ideally we would fly end of June beginning of July. Any help or suggestions anyone can offer, would be greatly appreciated.
