Toronto to Costa Rica Charter Private Jet

Looking to travel from toronto to Costa Rica anytime in Dec, Jan, or feb coming up. It would be my wife, baby and I as well as 4 golden retrievers. I do not want to put my dogs on a cargo hold. I am moving to Costa Rica full-time. My dogs must be with me in the cabin. Can anyone help with info on open legs or cheapest options. I’m looking for a private charter. I have a house in Costa Rica and will have residency soon. Please save your comments I know the rules and regulations for bringing my dogs. I’m strictly looking for answers open leg or fair priced private charters.
