Washington DC to London Charter Private Jet

Interested in flying my two dogs (10 year old lab and 12 year old beagle) from DC to London in July - it’s a big family move. Willing to drive to NY or Newark from DC. I’ve looked into the major airlines that market long haul flights but are all quite pricey. Suggestions on the easiest most cost efficient path? I’ve never flown them internationally before and acknowledge it’s a long flight so looking for advice.
